Professional wellness\, or occupational wellness\, empowers us to prepare for and pursue academic and career options that bring us personal satisfaction and enrichment. By prioritizing our professional wellness\, we can effectively manage our work and personal lives\, which also helps reduce stress. Additionally\, fostering relationships with others can provide us with opportunities to network and seek mentorship\, which can further improve our professional wellness both presently\, and in the future.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis event will provide staff with tips on how to enhance professional wellness including: ideas for building relationships within the Senate community\, networking\, professional development and reintroducing the services provided by the Senate Employment Office.
